Pareto Ltd is the Fiji Islands registered business and development consultancy of Colin and Joel Radford.

Pareto Ltd was conceived to fill the need for practical common sense advisory to the tourism and hospitality industry in the South Pacific with a particular focus on the development phase of projects.

Colin Radford (MCom (Hons), CA, ACCM) has for the last 30 years been involved in a variety of finance and management roles in Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the USA.

Positions of responsibility have included Management of Audit and Management Services for Ernst Young, Corporate Planning Manager, Group Developments Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Director for a large New Zealand Company with international operations.

Joel Radford (ANZIQS, AFIQS, NZCQS) has worked in a number of consultant capacities in the construction industry in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. During his career he has acted as; Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Construction Manager.  Notably Joel was the Project Manager for Laucala Island Resort.

To complement its internal resources Pareto Ltd works closely with the regions premier hospitality, tourism and leisure consultants Horwath HTL Ltd, Auckland, and its Director’s Stephen Hamilton and Terry Ngan.
